Customers may contact us to request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.

Please contact Jianbin and obtain return instructions before sending any item back. Returns sent without contacting us first may not be processed promptly.

2. Return Conditions

When requesting a return, please ensure that the item:

• Corresponds to the original order;
• Has not been improperly used or damaged;
• Includes applicable original packaging, accessories, and included items; and
• Can be associated with an order number or proof of purchase.

Return eligibility will be assessed based on the actual condition of the item and applicable law.

If an item arrives defective, damaged during shipping, or different from what you ordered, please contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos so we can review the issue.

3. How to Request a Return

5. Return Shipping Costs

For returns due to a change of mind, incorrect selection, or another reason not related to a product issue, customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable.

If an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise confirmed to be an issue for which Jianbin is responsible, please contact us first. We will explain the applicable return shipping arrangements and resolution based on the circumstances and applicable law.

6. Refund Processing

After we receive and inspect the returned item, eligible refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.

Refunds are generally issued to the original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment service provider.

7. Refund Amount and Original Shipping Charges

For customer-initiated returns, original shipping charges are generally non-refundable.

If a return involves a damaged item, an incorrect shipment, or another issue confirmed to be Jianbin's responsibility, the refund amount and related costs will be handled based on the circumstances and applicable law.

8. Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at service@jianbin.shop and include your order number.

If the order has not entered processing or shipping, we will make reasonable efforts to assist with cancellation. Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible. In that case, you may request a return under this policy.
