Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a product defect, damage during shipping, or an incorrect item sent by us, Jianbin will cover the reasonable return shipping costs.

For returns due to personal preference, incorrect orders placed by the customer, or other non-quality-related reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law or if the return is caused by our error.


Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5โ€“10 business days.

The time required for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.


Damaged or Incorrect Items
