Order Cutoff Time

Our standard order cutoff time is:

2:00 PM Central Time (CT), Monday through Friday.

On business days:

Orders successfully paid before 2:00 PM CT will enter the processing queue according to that business day's processing schedule.

Orders successfully paid after 2:00 PM CT will be treated as received on the next business day for processing purposes.

Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or U.S. federal holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

The order cutoff time determines when an order enters our processing schedule and does not guarantee same-day shipment.

9. Shipping

Jianbin currently ships to addresses within the United States only.

  • Orders of $20 USD or more: Free shipping

  • Orders under $20 USD: $8 USD shipping fee

10. Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an incomplete or incorrect address causes a package to be undeliverable, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

If you discover an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist with an address correction before the order enters processing or shipping.

11. Returns and Refunds

Jianbin provides return and refund services for eligible orders.

Customers may generally request a return within:

30 days from the date the order is delivered.

Refund Processing Time

After an approved return is received at our U.S. warehouse and inspected:
